Relics of hearth and home from days gone by, tinged with half-forgotten memories, and half-remembered dreams.

Antique tableware sea glass from Maine waters, in a clear, iridescent, gilt touched grape and leaf pattern, bound in sculpted gold filled wire.

Pendant measures 1.5" tall, and just over 1" across at the widest point.

Presented on a white organza and twine ribbon necklace with extender chain, length ranges from 19"-20.5" long.

When I look at this piece I picture a young, fair skinned, golden haired lady in a mid 1800's dress staring solemnly out of window as people buzzed through the street below. Her birds cheeping in their cage beside her. All the while her mind is softly wandering from memory to memory and weaving in and out of dreams and fantasies.

Oh my....This is going to sound so strange and random but YOU FIXED MY WRITERS BLOCK!!!!! :glomp:

I havent been able to write anything even half decent for over 2 months now, but when I looked at this, and several other pieces my mind kick-started and began sewing together stories and intertwining them together, bringing each piece into a world of it's own! I don't think ive been able to say this to someone in a very long time but, you truly and whole-heartedly haven given me new inspiration... Thank you so very very much!
