Artist's Comments

A memory of enchantment and wreckage, amid tropical blooms and serene, blue-green waters.

Puerto Rico collected sea pottery, lemon chrysoprase, glass shell and flower beads, bound in sculpted copper wire.

Pendant measures 2 and 1/2" tall, including bail, and just over 1" across at widest

So that's a piece of pottery? Do you travel these places to get these things you wrap? Just curious.

It's very pretty. I like the contrast.

I collect plain sea glass from Maine. I know a diver in Maine who provides my tableware sea glass. The Puerto Rican and Scottish- no, I only wish I traveled for it. Someone else hand collects it and I buy it!:)

The color of the pottery looks like the oribe at the studio I work at. Except I don't go to Puerto Rican seas

Lmao! You & me both on the traveling part!

Maine is beautiful, & fun too! I thought your work had a fresh sea smell to it somewhere. ;)
